The buff has a 25s timer until expiry. Cool Aid will show cooldowns and not buff expiry. Neither has a cooldown. So the icons will do nothing. I suspect it is the 30s buff you are after, the one with 3 charges. The problem for me is I program my AddOns for the pure fun and love of programming.
